This past weekend we went to my brother's wedding in Boise. Sunday night we started our drive back. I was driving with the car in cruise control. All of a sudden the car did some kind of jump thing and it kicked out of cruise control and some dashboard warning lights came on. I pulled over and shut the car off. We decided to try again, so we turned on the car and started driving again. About 20 minutes later, it did it again. We pulled over and this time the check engine light came on. We checked all of the fluids to see if maybe that was the problem, but not a thing.
We decided that we could either stay and call a tow truck or just drive it out. So about an hour outside of Pocatello, we decided to take it easy and drive all the way home. We did it and made it back after midnight. I was absolutely exhausted and was so excited to finally be home in my bed. Now we just have to take it in and hope that it's nothing too big! Unfortunately, cars are a necessary evil. Crossing our fingers!
