T25- 2 weeks

When we started this journey of T25 we took all of the pictures and measurements so we could see the results. I won't put the before pictures on just because they're not completely modest because I wanted to see a difference in my stomach as well as my arms and legs, but I can show the measurements showing we're getting some results!

Ethan's stats

Starting/ 2 wks
Weight- 205/ 202.8 lbs
Chest- 42.25/ 42 in
Waist- 34.5/ 33.5 in
Arms- 14/ 14 in
Thigh- 24/ 23 in

Kaytlin's stats

Starting/ 2 wks
Weight- 141/ 142.4 lbs (I about died because I went up a pound.. Ridiculous, I know.)
Chest- 33.5/ 34 in
Waist- 27.75/ 27 in
Arms- 10.25/ 10 in
Thigh- 22/ 22 in (I'm pretty sure they're turning to muscle though!)

They may not be that different yet, but both of us are definitely feeling better and eating better. The more we work out, the less we want to eat unhealthy. We're excited to continue doing this workout and see even more results!
